ABOUT ALTART
I'm Dima Neyens, artistic director and founder of AltArt. My background as a musician, actor, and stilt walker forms the blueprint for everything we do.
AltArt was born from a clear vision: entertainment had to be more artistic, more daring and more personal.
As a pioneer in Belgium, I combined live saxophone with stilt performance to create a unique signature act.
Today, I, along with a team of top performers, offer comprehensive concepts that blur the lines between theater and party. My goal? To transform events into lasting memories.
THE SAXOPHONE
For me, the saxophone is more than just an instrument; it's an extension of my performing body. Where words stop, sound takes over.
My classical technical base allows me to move freely between genres, but my heart lies in improvisation and atmosphere creation.
I push the boundaries: from whisper-soft and vulnerable to raw and expressive. In every performance, whether on stilts or on the floor, the saxophone is the guiding narrator.
